How to use Void VPN

Getting started

In the bot open «Apps» and install Happ (or another client)
Tap «Get VPN» → copy the subscription URL
In the app: Add subscription → paste the URL

Servers: 🇫🇷 France, 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, 🇱🇻 Riga. The client picks the best one; switch with ⟳.

Limit: one link = up to 3 devices at once (phone + PC + tablet). A fourth simultaneous connection will be rejected.

Important: the subscription is already active after activation. You do not need to recreate the link. If the connection suddenly stops, first refresh the profile inside your VPN client: tap the circular refresh/reconnect button, then open the connection again. If it still does not work, check your balance and try again.

Billing

1 month — 100 ₽
3 months — 200 ₽ · 67 ₽/mo
6 months — 360 ₽ · 60 ₽/mo

Billing is daily, days stack. Wallet is in the bot or on the site; minimum top-up 100 ₽. Trial — 15 days. Referral: inviter gets +30 days instantly (no friend payment).

Platega: choose a plan, then SBP or crypto. USDT rate is shown for crypto. When the balance ends, Happ gets an empty subscription and disconnects.

Cabinet inside Telegram (Mini App)

The Mini App opens inside Telegram from the bot app/menu button when available. No sign-in needed: your account is detected automatically. Inside: Home, VPN, Wallet, Profile and Info.

If the Mini App loads for too long: close the Mini App window completely, open it again, check your network with/without VPN and retry. The cabinet renders from local data and should not wait for the server panel.

Website in a browser — two paths

A) You already have a site account

Sign in → «Sign in» tab
@username + password → «Sign in» (a code is sent to email; check Spam if needed)
Enter the 6-digit code → «Sign in» again

B) You only used the bot (no site account yet)

Sign in → «From bot» tab
Same @username as in Telegram + email + new password
«Continue» → email code → enter code → «Continue» again
Open the bot link → check the email shown → press «Yes, that’s me» (within 10 minutes)
Wrong email / not you — press «No» (request is deleted). Missed the window or an error — the request is deleted; start over

Brand-new registration — /register (same @username + email + password + bot confirmation). Inside Telegram the «Кабинет» Mini App is the easiest — no passwords or codes.

Not working?

Check balance in «Wallet»
Delete the old profile in the VPN app and paste the link again
If there is no traffic — in the client tap the circular refresh/reconnect button
Try Happ or another app from the list
Ping/timeout inside clients is not always meaningful. Check YouTube/Google traffic
